Jockey Gary Stevens has yet to ride at the Los Alamitos September meeting, and has had only one mount since the final day at Del Mar on Sept. 4. Stevens rode at Kentucky Downs last Sunday.

Sunday at Los Alamitos, Stevens has one mount - Gosofar (4) in a maiden race for California-breds at 5 1-2 furlongs. Gosofar is the 3-1 favorite on the morning-line.

Gosfar, a 4-year-old gelding trained by Adam Kitchingman, is winless in eighth starts. Stevens has been aboard for the last four of those races, including three consecutive second-place finishes on turf at Santa Anita from mid-April to early June.

Gosofar started once at Del Mar, finishing fourth in a maiden race on dirt on Aug. 18.
