Jockey Brayan Pena won four consecutive races for the first time in his career from Thursday's fourth through seventh races.
The four-win day moved Pena into a tie with Evin Ramon for the lead in the jockey standings at the meeting with 11 wins each.
Pena had to survive an inquiry in the seventh race to keep his final win. He rode Senator Robert ($8.80) to a half-length win over 2-1 Lymebyrd. Senator Robert and Lymebyrd made contact twice in the final sixteenth. The stewards did not change the order of finish, stating that both runners contributed to the incident.
Pena does not ride Thursday's final race.
