Big League, the easy winner of Sunday's third race for $32,000 claimers, was taken in a three-way shake by trainer Chuck Treece.
Big League ($3.40) closed with a wide rally to win the six-furlong race by four lengths over 5-1 Beantown Boys without urging in the final strides by Drayden Van Dyke.
Previously trained by Peter Miller, Big League has won 4 of 13 starts. He was third in two stakes earlier in his career - the Barretts Juvenile at Los Alamitos in 2016 and the San Pedro Stakes here last April.
