The $100,000 Tiznow Stakes for California-bred milers scheduled for Sunday will not be run. The race drew only four entrants on Thursday, leading to the cancellation. Sunday's program will not have a stakes.
Image of Joplin, Smokey Image, Solid Wager and Summersimage were entered from a list of 10 nominations. Track vice-president and racing secretary Rick Hammerle said the Tiznow Stakes will not be rescheduled.
