It’s a point of interest that Enticed, who just won the Gotham here at Aqueduct, and Quip, who upset the Tampa Bay Derby a few minutes earlier, both ran in the Kentucky Jockey Club Stakes at Churchill Downs last November, as did Promises Fulfilled, the upset winner of last week’s Fountain of Youth.
Enticed, of course, won the Kentucky Jockey Club, while Quip finished seventh in it.
No horses in the upcoming San Felipe ran in the Kentucky Jockey Club.
