It is a beautiful day to start the 2018 meet and there is just one scratch on the 7-race card that begins at 1:50 p.m. Pacific.

You can also scratch the toteboard which isn't functioning. Hastings switched tote providers and the new software isn't compatable with the toteboard. Hoopefully this can be worked out in the next coupel of weeks.

Race 4: Scratch (3) Flaming Youth

A pretty weak card to start the season, but it gets a lot better tomorrow.

The track was rated good this morning but should be fast by the first race.
