There were no scratches from the Kentucky Derby before 9 a.m., the start of advance wagering, so Blended Citizen, entered as an also-eligible on Tuesday, is out of luck and is now officially scratched.

Assistant trainer Jack Sisterson has indicated throughout the past two weeks that the "ultimate goal" for Blended Citizen is the Belmont Stakes. He'll have a prep race, to be determined, at some point in the next five weeks - the Preakness Stakes is an outside possibility, but the connections have also looked at the Peter Pan (May 12 at Belmont), or could go in a confidence-building allowance if conditions were right.
