Prat has won 17 races, four clear of apprentice jockey Heriberto Figueroa. Joel Rosario, riding in Southern California on a full-time basis for the first time in several years, is third with 11 wins.
The real star in the jockey standings at the meeting is Mike Smith, who is fourth with nine wins. He has had 24 mounts compared to 74 for Prat.
O'Neill has won 11 races from 45 runners, and is three clear of trainer Richard Baltas. Peter Miller and Jerry Hollendorfer each have seven wins.
