This isn't so much an "opinion" post, but it has more to do with wagering in general. I happen to like ESCAPE CLAUSE (4) in this race in general, but especially given her price compared to that of MIDNIGHT BISOU (2). Midnight Bisou defeated Escape Clause by a nose in the Apple Blossom at Oaklawn most recently; a win is a win, but when it comes to comparing their odds to the margin of victory/defeat last out, it's hard to justify taking Midnight Bisou at a price that's 1/4 the price of Escape Clause. A nose is a nose, but at 4x the price...if you like Midnight Bisou, you should like Escape Clause at her price.
