Jockeys Kyle Frey and Laura Werner will serve suspensions next week for causing interference in separate races on Thursday.

Werner, a 21-year-old apprentice, was cited for her ride on Proper Drink, who finished eighth of 12 in a maiden race at a mile on turf. Werner was ruled to have failed to maintain a straight course in the stretch. She was suspended four days from July 27-30.

Frey, 25, was cited for his ride on I Never Give Up in the eighth race. I Never Give Up altered course in the stretch and was disqualified from fourth to ninth. rey was suspended three days from July 27-29.
