Jes Jaa won for the third time in her career in Thursday's first race and was briefly claimed for $16,000.
The 4-year-old filly was claimed by Craig Dollase from Mark Glatt, but within an hour the claim was voided because of unsoundness, stewards said. Jes Jaa won a race for non-winners of three.
Jes Jaa was claimed for $25,000 last September and in February and for $16,000 in May.
There were two other claims for $16,000. Zarqa Star, who finsihed third, was claimed in a five-way shake by Glatt from Mark Aguirre. Cupid's Beau, who finished fifth, was claimed by Anthony Saavedra.
