Going into Saturday's races, apprentice jockey Evin Roman has won 17 races, and is six clear of Flavien Prat and Rafael Bejarano.

Prat rides at Del Mar on Saturday, but Bejarano is booked to ride the Grade 1 Test Stakes at Saratoga this afternoon. Joe Talamo, who had two wins on Friday, is fourth with nine wins.

The trainer's race is much tighter. Phil D'Amato and Doug O'Neill are tied with seven wins, one more than Richard Baltas.
