Jockey Norberto Arroyo, Jr., has been fined $500 for Del Mar stewards for failing to appear to ride the third race on Aug. 3.

Arroyo had one mount on Aug. 3, but did not report to the jockey's room at the appointed time.

Arroyo recently teamed with agent J.R. Pegram to book his mounts. Arroyo has 2 wins from 14 mounts at this meeting through the first 15 days of racing.
