Arapahoe Park's richest race for Thoroughbreds, the $100,000 Gold Rush Futurity, drew a field of 12 when entries were taken on Thursday. The six furlong race for 2-year-olds will close out the meet on Sunday.
The field from the rail is: Wacky Jackie, Thermistor, Speedo Te, Twist Tail, Da Grump, A J Samurai, Et Tu Brutae, Fortified Effort, Special Portion, Fine With Me, Grinning Tiger and Wild West Ranger.
The race will go as the 10th on a program that starts at 1 p.m. Mountain.
