Arklow and Sonneteer are among a diverse group of 34 horses nominated to the $200,000 Super Derby. The race will be run on turf for the first time when held Sept. 9 at Louisiana Downs. 

The list of nominees also includes Big Score, Cowboy Culture, Gorgeous Kitten, Guest Suite, Kitten's Cat, Magic Vow, Mr. Misunderstood, Phat Man, Senior Investment, Sorry Erik and Uncontested.
