Red Carpet Cat ($51.80) won a $14,000 to $16,000 claimer for non-winners of two to end a three-race losing streak in Saturday's first race - and send most pick five tickets into the rubbish bin.

The pick five pool was $794,523. There is a long way to go before the bet is decided, but there has been a carryover in the pick five here in the past. On Aug. 12, 2012, there were no winners, leading to a carryover of $362,503.
