Take the One O One (12) will have his turf debut in the upcoming Del Mar Juvenile Turf at a mile.

This will be his debut on the surface following a maiden race win against California-breds at six furlongs on Aug. 6 in his second start.

Take the One O One is by the Unusual Heat stallion Acclamation, bloodlines that thrive on turf. Interestingly, Take the One O One's 2-year-old half-brother was sold for $300,000 at the Del Mar Yearling Sale last Tuesday.

Trained by Brian Koriner, Take the One O One is 9-1 in early betting for the Del Mar Juvenile Turf. That's an intriguing price in a 14-horse field that has a very open feel.
