The start of Friday's program has been delayed at least 10 minutes, to 2:10 p.m., Pacific, because of transmission problems related to the satellite system that provides pictures to other tracks and off-track betting locations, according to track stewards.

The horses were in the walking ring for the first race when the delay was announced.
