Funeral and visitation arrangements have been made for Albert Stall Sr., who passed away early Monday in New Orleans. Stall, who was 85, was a longtime chairman of the Louisiana Racing Commission and a prominent horse owner for decades. Among Stall's four children is the well known trainer Al Stall Jr. Visitation has been set for 11:00 Thursday and Stall's funeral is at noon, with the services to b held at Lake Lawn Funeral Home in Metairie.
