Oaklawn bans horses from Belmont, Laurel

Oaklawn Park announced Sunday it is not allowing horses from Belmont Park or Laurel on the grounds in light of the East Coast tracks reporting positives for the equine herpes virus. The policy will be on place until further notice, according to Oaklawn.
