Del Mar: Stewards fine Cassidy $500 for medication violation

Trainer Jim Cassidy was fined $500 on Sunday after Bombilate, the runner-up in the second race at Del Mar, showed the presence of two anti-inflammatory medications in a post-race tests - bute and flunixin.

The medications appeared in the tests under the legal limit, but only one medication is allowed to appear in post-race tests.
