Trainer William E. Morey has won with nine of his 14 starters at the current winter-spring meeting, a remarkable span of success that can continue in Sunday's third race.
Morey starts Her Again (9) who was third in a $22,500 claimer at six furlongs for fillies and mares at Golden Gate Fields on Dec. 26 and starts in a $20,000 claimer for fillies and mares at 6 1-2 furlongs on Sunday.
This will be the first start at Santa Anita for Her Again, who has won 7 of 22 starts. She is 3-1 on the morning-line in a race that includes Be a Lady (4), the 5-2 morning-line favorite, and Pica (5), who is 3-1.
