Jockeys Jarred Journet and Fernando Velazquez, who both went down in a two-horse spill Friday night at Delta Downs, appear to have avoided significant injuries. 

Chris Warren, director of racing for Delta, said he was informed Journet was "bruised up" and would not be riding Saturday.

Velazquez has a possible fractured collarbone, Warren said he was told by the chaplain serving the racing community at Delta.
