An excellent running of the $100k Correction headlines the Saturday action at Aqueduct, which also features a pick six carryover of $73k+.  

The scratch of the in-form #1 Nisha takes some speed out of the Correction (#10 Rowd E Allie is also scratched), but the main players remain.  

Linda Rice will send out a pair of impressive recent winners in Sounds Delicious and Startwithsilver, to tangle with Quezon, who has taken two stakes over this track in her last two starts. 

Quezon is much more accomplished than her main rivals and deserves favoritism in this race, but I ultimately sided with Startwithsilver.  A 5yo mare, Startwithsilver has suddenly found herself since switching back to dirt for her first two starts of 2018.  After getting outrun early and seemingly dropping out of contention on the backstretch of her seasonal debut, Startwithsilver suddenly starting finding momentum in the stretch and she exploded by the field in the stretch to win impressively. 

She made her next start in the $100k Broadway vs. NY-breds over a sloppy track. Still at the back of the pack early in the Broadway, she did not get outrun this time and she once again produced a big stretch run to charge over the leaders en route to a blowout win with a 96 Beyer.  The scratch of Nisha works against her more than the others, but there remains enough speed in the race to help set up her run.  

The other horse I'm using somewhere at a price is My Miss Chiff. Shipping up from Louisiana for trainer Al Stall, Jr., My Miss Chiff was last seen getting embroiled in a fast duel for the lead, prevailing in that duel, and then getting closed down late. She does not need the lead to be effective on the track, and she may be able to go with these horses if she can pull a more comfortable trip.
