Appropriately named for a St. Patrick's Day win, Smokinpaddylassie is a 3-year-old daughter of Paddy O'Prado.

Trained by Eddie Colletti Jr., Smokinpaddylassie wore down favored in the final furlong to win going away under jockey John Bisono. She paid $7.40

Coletti said Smokinpaddylassie could start next in the Grade 2 Gazelle at Aqueduct on April 7, where she woukld have the chance to earn qualifying points for the Kentucky Oaks.
