I'd be shocked if folks left ONCE ON WHISKEY (5) off of their pick five tickets - heck, I singled him. His career debut was impressive; he broke on the slow side, trailing throughout before finishing full of run down the center of the track. I believe the effort was even more impressive than it initially appeared, as it felt like inside did well at Santa Anita on February 3. It's also worth noting the third place finisher that day returned to break his maiden in his next start, earning an 88 Beyer Speed Figure. We'll see if the weight of the betting world is too much for him this afternoon; he's currently 1/9 with 15 MTP.
