Special Counsel burnt off a lot of the $729K in new money added to the Rainbow 6 jackpot after winning the opening leg at 6-1, going wire to wire under Emisael Jaramillo for trainer Milt Wolfson. The Rainbow 6 jackpot swelled to just under $5 million with the added wagers.
