Will Tell was demoted from third to fifth in Saturday's 10th race for causing interference in the stretch. Apprentice jockey Franklin Ceballos was cited for his ride on the 9-2 chance, who finished behind race winner Desert General, the 9-5 favorite.
As a result of the DQ, 30-1 Rolls Royce Deal was placed third behind Desert General and runner-up Plain Wrap (5-1).
Duluth (9-2) lost all chance with a slow start. He finished at the back of the field of eight.
