Eye Luv Lulu put away Weekend Hideaway on the lead and then held off the late run of Pat On the Back to win the Affirmed Success at Belmont on Friday.

The six-furlong racefor New York-breds is the first stakes win for Eye Luv Lulu, a 7-year-old who was making his 44th start.

Eye Luv Lulu is owned by Michael Dubb and trained by Jason Servis. Irad Ortiz Jr. was aboard.

Eye Luv Lulu paid $3.90 in the six-horse field and was timed over a fast track in 1:09.78.
