Drayden Van Dyke will ride Instilled Regard in the Kentucky Derby on May 5, trainer Jerry Hollendorfer said Friday.
Instilled Regard most recently chased top Derby contenders Justify and Bolt d'Oro in the Santa Anita Derby.
Hollendorfer said Instilled Regard would have his final work at Santa Anita on Sunday and would fly to Kentucky on Monday
