Despite the Maryland Sprint, won convincingly by Switzerland, going faster to the half than Mitole's Chick Lang - 45.69 seconds to 45.93 - Mitole's final time of 1:09.29 was faster than Switzerland's 1:09.43.
Yes, Mitole was pretty darn special today.
