Whatwasithinking gets up to win $50,000 Auburn Stakes

With Kevin Orozco riding for trainer Frank Lucarelli, Whatwasithinking rallied to narrowely edge longshot Vicente's Shadow in the $50,000 Auburn Stakes. Sent off as the favorite in the 6-furlong dash that drew 11 3-year-olds going 6 furlongs, he paid $6.40 and posted a final time of 1:09.63.
