Bugle Notes, hammered to 6-5 favoritism following his debut win at Churchill Downs on Oaks Day, broke slow and tried to get into contention but faded in the stretch to finish fifth in this first-level allowance race.

Street Vision, a five-time winner entering this race including a score in a $40,000 claimer at Santa Anita on April 27, scored a front-running victory at 12-1. He is now 6 for 19.

David Cohen rode the winner for David Jacobson, the latter having claimed this horse for $25,000 at Santa Anita last March.

Street Vision's win capped a longshot daily double as Fast Getaway, a half-brother to Highway Star, rallied four-wide in the stretch under Manny Franco to win a maiden turf race and pay $21.20. Linda Rice trains for the Bromans.
