A colt by Strong Mandate brought a sale-topping bid of $435,000 from Alex and Jo Ann Lieblong of Arkansas. Consigned by Denali Stud, the colt is out of the Giant’s Causeway mare Fly the Flag, an unplaced filly who is out of the Grade 1 winner My Flag, by Easy Goer. The third dam is Hall of Famer Personal Ensign.
