Los Al: Heriberto Figueroa sweeps early double

Apprentice jockey Heriberto Figueroa has moved within one win of leader Asa Espinoza in the jockey's standings after winning the first two races on Saturday.

Figueroa has 10 wins, one less than Espinoza, who is also an apprentice. Evin Roman and Martin Pedroza are tied for third with six wins.

Figueroa's next mount is Dee Way to Go (8) in the upcoming third race. Espinoza does not have a mount.
