I stopped by trainer Jerry Hollendorfer's barn this morning to check in on Unique Bella and she was having a snooze, but her right front hoof was not hidden and there were no apparent nicks or cuts resulting from her losing a shoe in the Clement Hirsch on Sunday, which assistant trainer Dan Ward confirmed.

"Didn't damage the foot at all. We were really lucky," Ward said.
