The meet's Irad Ortiz Jr., won the last three races on Wednesday's card with horses that paid $5.10, $22.40 and $11.60.
He kicked off Thursday's card by guiding 11-1 shot Seauxtale, first-time gelding, first-time tag, first start since December, to a front-running victory at 11-1, this one returning $24.80.
Second winner of the meet for trainer Ron Moquett.
The sports-reference horses Throw the Fade and Mantle finished second and third, respectively.
Ortiz now has a meet-leading 33 victories.
