Jockey Drayden Van Dyke equaled the all-time track record for most wins in a day on Sunday, scoring seven wins. Van Dyke, 23, matched the mark set by Victor Espinoza in 2006.
Van Dyke's seven-win day moves him into first-place in the jockey standings with 26 wins, one more than Flavien Prat, who missed most of Sunday's card while serving a day of suspension for a routine riding infraction earlier this month
Van Dyke won the second through fifth races, the eighth through 10th races. He rode 5-1 Catapult to a win in the Grade 2 Del Mar Mile in the eighth race.
Van Dyke won the Eclipse Award as the nation's outstanding apprentice jockey of 2014.
