STRIKE SILVER ($13), ridden by Julien Leparoux, earned a Win and You're In berth into the new Breeders' Cup Juvenile Turf Sprint with an improbable victory today in the newly revived Indian Summer Stakes.

Last of 12 2yos approaching the furlong pole, the Violence colt put on an incredible burst when well wide in winning by a neck over CHELSEA CLOISTERS, with a whole bunch of them close up behind them. The order was 2-1-5-12-3.

Strike Silver is trained by Mark Casse for John Oxley. The winning time for 5 1/2 furlongs over a firm course was 1:05.00.
