Atzeni does it again in the G1 Taylor

Not long after guiding Desert Encounter to victory in the Canadian International, jockey Andrea Atzeni won another G1 in the $500K E.P. Taylor, on 6-1 shot Sheikha Reika.

Golden Legend rallied for second, and the favored Santa Monica edged out the Woodbine-based pacesetter, Starship Jubilee for third in the 10-furlong turf route for fillies and mares.
