Enable, who became the first horse to win the Prix de l'Arc de Triomphe and Breeders' Cup Turf in the same year, was scheduled to return to England on Monday, but there has been no decision on the filly's future.
"She ate up, she's very pleased with herself and she's in good form I'm delighted to say," Teddy Grimthorpe, racing manager for Prince Khalid Abdullah's Juddmonte Farms, said Sunday morning. "She'll go back to [trainer John Gosden's] yard and then we will sort of cogitate a few things see how she is, see how she does."
Grimthorpe said Enable would certainly not run again this year, and added there is no timetable for Prince Abdullah to make a decision.
"We'll take the time to A) enjoy and B) consider the options and all the implications that come with it," Grimthorpe said. "Of course the racing fans love to see a filly like this, but in the end we have to do the right thing by the filly as well."
Enable earned a 114 Beyer Speed Figure for her performance in the Turf, her 10th win from 11 career starts.
