Bye Bye J forced the pace then pulled away late to capture the $75,000 House Party, the first of 11 stakes on today's card. Iva, who held a narrow lead much of the way, proved no match for the winner while easily second best.  Paula Andrea, the odds on favorite,  race forwardly but was never a serious factor over a main track which may again favor speed and horses racing in the inside paths throughout the day.  Bye Bye J, a son of Uncaptured, was ridden to victory by Miguel Vasquez for trainer Ron Spatz. She paid $14.80.
