BREAKING: Chris Kay is no longer the CEO and president of NYRA

Chris Kay is no longer the chief executive officer and president of the New York Racing Association, Daily Racing Form has learned.

David O'Rourke, senior vice-president/chief revenue officer since 2011, has been appointed the interim president/CEO.
