Charles Towm, Penn National cancel Wednesday night cards

Charles Town and Penn National have canceled their Wednesday night races because of the winter storm slamming the Mid-Atlantic and Northeast.

The storm is forecast to bring 3 to 6 inches of snow and ice to Charles Town, W.Va., and the Harrisburg, Pa., area.
