The sun is out during a morning in the 40s in Hot Springs, Ark., and Oaklawn's track is anticipated as fast for the nine-race program that begins at 1:30 p.m. Central. Clockers labed the track fast for works, with champion Shamrock Rose going five-eighths in a bullet 1:01 and Grade 1 winner Whitmore drilling a half-mile in 48.60.
