Jockey Saul ARias was fortunate to stay aboard Sooner Better at the start of Sunday's second race, a mile for maide claimers.
Sooner Better stumbled sharply at the break, causing Arias to lose his irons. He nearly fell off the 3-year-old filly. The race was into the first turn before Arias regained his balance and irons. Sooner Better faded to finish last of seven as a 7-1 chance.
