Jockey Iram Diego, who was thrown from his mount in the fourth race Saturday at Lone Star Park, is expected to resume riding Sunday, said his agent, Bobby Kelly.
Lindey Wade, who also was thrown, when his mount broke down, returned to ride later on the card.
Diego, who did not ride the remainder of the card and was checked out at a local hospital, has some soreness in his tailbone, said Kelly.
Kelly said Diego is scheduled to work a few horses Sunday morning at Lone Star Park.
