At this point it’s common knowledge, but the start for BAL HARBOUR (1) in the Salvator Mile was a disaster, and the fact that he ran as well as he did projects well for this afternoon. Bal Harbour has never been the most alert horse from the gate, but he does have the ability to sit closer to the pace than he was situated last out. He’s unlikely to offer any sort of tremendous price, but Bal Harbour deserves serious consideration in today’s Philip Iselin.
