The first-time starter Powerfulattraction ($6.20) rallied to win a maiden special weight for 2-year-old fillies at five furlongs in aturday's second race on opening day.

Ridden by Joe Talamo for Peter Eurton, Powerfulattraction caught early leader Muscially (6-1) to win by 1 1-4 lengths, in 58.17 seconds. Powerfulattraction is by the young stallion Commissioner, by A.P. Indy, and was purchased for $225,000 at the Ocala Breeders' Sale of 2-year-olds in-training in March.
