The eighth is the Woodbine Turf Sprint Series qualifier, a starter that's the first five-furlong race on the new-look inner course. The vet scratch of Perfect Forester means there's less speed in the eight-horse field. Goldtown and Moon Over Victoria are also out. 

Emma-Jayne Wilson get a rare mount for trainer Norm McKnight on the likely favorite, Hitters Park. Jacks Escarpment seems up against from his outside post.
